The Strategy XS CMT is a carp rod for anglers who want a short packed length without losing the usual action of a two-piece rod. Its sliding butt section creates a semi-telescopic construction, reducing the 2.7 m rod to a transport length of 106 cm.
This two-piece version has a 2.75lbs rating and weighs 220 g. The retractable butt section makes its compact transport format the main distinction from a conventional two-piece rod.
Five lightweight TDG-Sea stainless-steel guides have a larger internal diameter than conventional ceramic guides. The specially made silicone grip acts as an impact-resistant buffer and protects the inside of the blank during transport.
A neoprene rod protector is included for protection during transport and storage.
