The Spro Specter Sea Spin is a saltwater spinning rod for sea trout, sea bass and garfish from the coast or boat. Its light, sensitive high-modulus 30+24T carbon blank has a fast action that transmits lure movement, bottom contact and bites.
The 230 cm model has a casting weight of 7–40 g and suits spoons, soft shads and bombarda rigs within that range. Eight large stainless-steel guides support long casts. The powerful backbone helps set hooks at distance and control larger fish in the surf.
The rod weighs 131 g and has a non-slip EVA grip and a rubber butt cap. Its two-piece construction reduces the transport length to 119 cm. The carbon-wrap look is easy to clean, and an information and specification card is supplied attached to the rod.
