Yes, the motion-sensor mode allows contactless on/off switching when your hands are wet or occupied with tackle. The lamp also has a quick-off function for promptly extinguishing the light when you no longer need it.
The lamp uses three AAA batteries, all included in the package. You do not need to buy batteries separately for the first use, and AAA is the size to choose for replacements.
Yes, the elastic headband is adjustable and provides a secure, comfortable fit. You can adapt its fit for longer sessions while keeping your hands free to work with your tackle.

The Spro Sense Optics is a headlamp for predator fishing at dawn, dusk and at night in freshwater and saltwater. Its 200-lumen white LED illuminates tackle while keeping both hands free for changing rigs or handling equipment, whether fishing for zander, perch or pike.
Two brightness settings let you adjust the light to the task and use the lower setting when less light is needed. A separate UV LED mode is available for checking artificial lures. The lamp supports spinning sessions and tackle preparation in poor light.
The motion sensor switches the lamp on and off without touching it, useful when your hands are wet or occupied. A quick-off function lets you extinguish the light promptly when it is no longer needed. The adjustable elastic headband provides a secure, comfortable fit for longer sessions.
The lamp runs on three AAA batteries, which are included, so no separate battery purchase is needed to get started.
