This is the left-hand version. You retrieve with your left hand, so it suits anglers who prefer to hold the rod in their right hand while winding.
The supplier specifies perch, pike and zander fishing on rivers and lakes, including jigging, twitching and general lure fishing. It is therefore a choice for active predator lure fishing rather than a reel specifically described for trolling.
The spool turns 5.6 times per handle revolution. Use this figure to compare gearing, not line pickup in centimetres, which the supplier does not specify for this reel.

The Spro Jc Elite Lg Left Gr 5.6:1 is a left-hand baitcasting reel for perch, pike and zander fishing on rivers and lakes. Its precisely adjustable drag helps control line release during the fight, while even line lay and a smooth-turning handle support controlled lure retrieves.
The handle is operated with the left hand. Choose this version if you prefer to retrieve with your left hand and hold the rod in your right.
The supplier lists jigging, twitching and general lure fishing as intended uses. The 5.6:1 gear ratio turns the spool 5.6 times for each handle revolution. It describes the gearing, not a stated length of line retrieved per turn.
The reel weighs 224 g, a useful figure when comparing the weight of your rod-and-reel setup. The bearing configuration is specified as 8+1, alongside the supplier's description of smooth handle operation.
