It is designed to carry one two-piece rod with an assembled length of 180–240 cm. The sleeve itself measures 137 × 21 cm, so use the stated rod-length range and two-piece construction to check compatibility, not the sleeve length alone.
Fold over the sleeve tip and secure it. This gives shorter two-piece rods a snug fit, so you can adjust the sleeve within its stated compatibility range of 180–240 cm rather than leaving the tip extended.
Yes, it can also be worn as a fishing belt with a front pocket for a box. This lets you use the sleeve as wearable storage while moving between fishing spots, as an alternative to its role as a rod carrier.

The Spro Freestyle Universal Rod Sleeve carries one two-piece fishing rod on the way to your fishing spot. Designed for rods measuring 180–240 cm when assembled, it has a foldable sleeve tip that can be secured to give shorter rods a snug fit.
The sleeve measures 137 × 21 cm and is made from 100% polyester. Choose it for a two-piece rod within the stated 180–240 cm length range, rather than treating the sleeve's 137 cm length as the maximum assembled rod length. For a shorter rod, fold over the tip and secure it to adjust the fit.
The sleeve can also be worn as a fishing belt. A front pocket holds a box while you are on the move, allowing the rod carrier to serve as wearable storage during your session.
