Yes. The thumbs and index fingers are touchscreen-compatible, so you can operate a smartphone without removing the gloves. Touchscreen compatibility is specified for these digits, not for every finger.
You can expose the thumbs and index fingers instead. This gives direct contact with the line and makes knot tying easier without taking the gloves off completely.
The supplier describes them as water-repellent, not as waterproof, and provides no waterproof rating. Choose them for their stated water repellency rather than assuming guaranteed waterproof protection.
S, M, L, XL and XXL share a thin, close-fitting construction in 92% polyester and 8% elastane. All have the same touchscreen and finger-access features, so the choice is about fit. No hand measurements are supplied to convert these size codes into dimensions.
No questions asked, 30 days to return.

Spro Freestyle Touch Gloves are thin, water-repellent fishing gloves for spinning. Touchscreen-compatible thumbs and index fingers let you operate a smartphone with the gloves on. Their close, comfortable fit keeps the material close to your hands.
The thumbs and index fingers can also be exposed. This gives you direct contact with the line for easier knot tying without taking the gloves off completely.
The fabric is 92% polyester and 8% elastane. Its thin construction and close fit suit anglers who prefer less bulk around their hands. The supplier specifies water repellency, but gives no waterproof rating. Do not treat that claim as a guarantee of waterproof protection.
The range comprises S, M, L, XL and XXL. Size is the only specified difference between these variants. All share the same fabric composition, water repellency, touchscreen compatibility and thumb and index-finger access, so choose according to fit rather than a change in features.
