Yes. The supplier explicitly states that the shallow spool is suitable for braided line, so braid is a supported option for small-lure fishing. The stated capacity is 80 m at 0.20 mm, not a capacity figure for every braid diameter.
The stated capacity is 80 m of 0.20 mm line. Use that figure to plan the amount of line for this diameter. No capacity is supplied for other diameters.

The Spro Freestyle Litz is a small fixed-spool spinning reel for active fishing with small artificial lures for predators such as perch and trout. Its shallow spool is suitable for braided line, making it an option for anglers who use braid for this type of lure fishing.
The 500 size weighs 164 g, keeping reel weight low when repeatedly casting and retrieving small lures. It has a 5.1:1 gear ratio and a bearing configuration of 3+1.
The stated line capacity is 80 m of 0.20 mm line. Use this diameter-specific figure when planning how much line to load, rather than assuming the same capacity for other diameters. The shallow spool supports the reel's intended use with braided line.
