The Sonik Gravity Spod + Marker is designed for carp anglers who need one rod for repeated spod work and precise marker fishing. Its powerful carbon blank, fast tip recovery, and large ringing setup help move heavy spod rockets and marker floats out to range with control.
This model is made specifically for casting heavy spod and marker rigs. The blank has the power reserve needed for repeated long-distance casting, while the direct feel helps read the lakebed more clearly when working a marker float.
Sonik uses a high modulus, low-resin carbon blank with a multi-directional tip section. The fast tip recovery supports cleaner line release and more accurate follow-through on long casts.
An Anti-Torsion Core in the handle area adds stiffness where the rod is loaded hardest. This supports better power transfer during the cast and helps keep the rod stable under heavy compression.
The rod is fitted with lightweight Seaguide TDG guides with black PVD coating, a 50 mm butt guide, and an anti-tangle ceramic tip guide. A 17 mm DPS reel seat is sized for large pit reels often used for spod and marker fishing.
A slim Japanese shrink tube handle gives a secure grip during frequent casting. The semi-matte armoured carbon finish and black anodised butt cap complete a clean, functional setup aimed at demanding carp sessions.
