No. The Fiskeharpa is a traditional Norwegian handline with a wooden winder, intended as an alternative when no rod is available. Choose it for handline sea fishing rather than a rod-based setup.
Fishing equipment is included. One handline is supplied with a wooden winder, 100 m of 0.80 mm line, Gummi-Makk and mackerel hooks. It is therefore a sea-fishing handline, not an empty winder that needs to be filled with line first.

The Solvkroken Fiskeharpa is a traditional Norwegian handline for sea fishing, offering an alternative when you do not have a fishing rod with you. Its wooden winder carries the line and is supplied with Gummi-Makk and mackerel hooks for sea and mackerel fishing.
The Nr.1 version has 100 m of line with a diameter of 0.80 mm. Gummi-Makk and mackerel hooks are included, so this is more than an empty line winder. One handline is supplied per pack.
The winder is made of wood and holds the line between uses, combining the line storage and handline equipment in one unit.
