This selection contains seven ready-tied Damsel nymph flies in assorted colours for freshwater fly fishing. The different patterns let you change your fly without changing hook size, with every fly supplied in size 10. The selection is intended for trout and other salmonids, including grayling, sea trout and salmon, in rivers and lakes.
The supplier lists Eyed Damsel twice, plus Anorexic Damsel, Damsel Fritz, Flashback Damsel, Olive Marabou and Damsel Gold Head. All seven flies have size 10 hooks. This gives you several patterns to choose from while keeping hook size consistent.
The flies have eyed hooks for tying onto your leader. They are suitable for classic nymph fishing, including deeper or active presentations, and can be used with floating or sinking setups. The stated uses include slow-flowing water, rivers and lakes, as well as clear and murky water.
The pack contains seven flies in assorted colours. The 4 in the model name identifies the selection, not the number of flies supplied.
