It is a freshwater selection focused on stillwater fishing in lakes, ponds and reservoirs, with moderate-current areas also listed. The supplier names trout, sea trout, salmon and grayling, so the intended use is freshwater fly fishing rather than a dedicated coastal saltwater selection.
The seven flies are Cats Whisker Standard, Montana Green, Olive Marabou Damsel, Olive Vibrator, App's Flexi Floss Worm Red and Natural Deer Hair Daddy, each in hook size 10, plus Black Glow Buzzer in size 12. You receive an assorted selection, not seven copies of one pattern, and the hook size is tied to the pattern you choose.
No questions asked, 30 days to return.
Your data is protected by industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
This seven-fly selection brings together classic stillwater patterns in assorted colours for freshwater fly fishing, particularly for trout. The different patterns let you change your presentation as feeding behaviour and conditions change, rather than relying on a single fly.
The set contains seven flies with the following pattern and hook-size combinations:
Cats Whisker Standard (10)
Montana Green (10)
Olive Marabou Damsel (10)
Olive Vibrator (10)
App's Flexi Floss Worm Red (10)
Black Glow Buzzer (12)
Natural Deer Hair Daddy (10)
Six patterns use size 10 hooks. Black Glow Buzzer uses size 12, so the choice of pattern also determines the hook size.
The selection is intended for lakes, ponds and reservoirs, with moderate-current areas also listed as suitable. The supplier names trout, sea trout, salmon and grayling as target fish in freshwater. The assortment offers pattern choices for changing light and murky water, without requiring you to assemble the selection individually.
