It is intended for coastal spinning in saltwater. The realistic sandeel body moves both on the retrieve and as it sinks, so it suits presentations that alternate pulling the lure with sinking phases.
The 15.5 cm, 46 g Orange version includes two soft-plastic lure bodies, one jig head and toothpicks for the Pro Peg mount. You receive a replacement body, not two complete head-and-body lures.
The Pro Peg keeper lets you secure the body to the head with an included toothpick. The glass rattle is pre-installed but removable, so you can retain the same lure setup while choosing whether to add rattle sound.
It makes the lure rise when pulled and stand upright on the bottom. This gives you a rising presentation under tension and an upright position when the lure rests on the bottom.

The Savage Gear Sandeel V2 is a realistic soft-plastic sandeel imitation for saltwater coastal spinning. Its lively kicking action works both on the retrieve and as it sinks, keeping the lure moving through both phases of the presentation.
The Rise & Stand Up jig head lifts the lure when pulled and lets it stand upright on the bottom. This combines movement under tension with an upright resting position during bottom contact. The head uses a Dart Jig Head design.
The Pro Peg body keeper lets you secure the soft-plastic body to the head with a toothpick. Toothpicks are included for this mounting system. A glass rattle is pre-installed in the body to add sound and can be removed when you want to fish without it. The jig head has a forged carbon-steel hook with a tin finish.
This Orange version is 15.5 cm long and rated at 46 g. The pack contains two soft-plastic lure bodies and one jig head, giving you a replacement body for the supplied head. Toothpicks for the Pro Peg mount are also included.
