It is a baitfish rig for halibut and other large saltwater predators, including cod and ling. The supplier names Scandinavian waters, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, making it a rig for marine baitfish presentation rather than a freshwater lure setup.
It uses a 270 cm trace made from 100% fluorocarbon, with a diameter of 1.0 mm, and a size 12/0 circle hook. These are the supplied dimensions to compare when choosing a rig for your baitfish presentation.
The pack contains one complete rig with the fluorocarbon trace, circle hook, shaped glow and UV sinker, spinner blade and glowing bead teaser. The attractors are already part of the rig, so they do not need to be bought as separate rig-building components.

The Savage Gear Nordic BFR Cirkle Hook is a ready-made baitfish rig for halibut and other large saltwater predators, including cod and ling. Intended for Scandinavian waters, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, it combines a fluorocarbon trace with a specially shaped 500 g sinker designed to reduce tangles during bait presentation.
The sinker has a glow and ultraviolet (UV) coating to help attract curious fish. A spinner blade and glowing bead teaser sit in front of the ultra-sharp circle hook, placing the additional visual attraction close to the baitfish.
The trace is 270 cm long and made from 100% fluorocarbon with a diameter of 1.0 mm. The circle hook is size 12/0. The supplier also lists a line strength of 0.5 kg and a transport length of 202 cm.
Each pack contains one complete Nordic BFR Cirkle Hook rig, including the shaped sinker, circle hook, fluorocarbon trace, spinner blade and glowing bead teaser.
