It was developed for lure fishing for pike, zander and perch and is also suitable for static pike and zander fishing. The deep, wide-mesh net helps when landing hooked predators, so its use is not limited to active lure fishing.
The rubber coating reduces the risk of a free treble hook tangling in the mesh, but does not guarantee snag-free landing. The textile mesh is 100% nylon with a 100% rubber coating, making this feature relevant when using lures with exposed trebles.
The net head measures 50 × 65 cm. The extended handle is approximately 160 cm long, giving a total length of 220 cm with the head. Use the head dimensions and total length to judge whether it fits your landing situation.
Its transport dimensions are 106 × 51 × 4 cm. The telescopic handle slides through and locks in place for a compact configuration, but you still need to allow for the 51 cm width when choosing a storage space.

The Savage Gear Full Frame Rubber Mesh Landing Net is a landing net for large predators, developed for lure fishing for pike, zander and perch. Its deep, wide-mesh net helps you net a hooked fish, while the rubber coating reduces the risk of a free treble hook on the lure tangling in the mesh. It is also suitable for static pike and zander fishing.
A strong, rigid aluminium frame supports the net during landing. The mesh has a 100% nylon textile base with a 100% rubber coating. The coating is particularly useful when landing fish on lures with exposed treble hooks, although it reduces rather than eliminates the risk of tangling.
The L model has a 50 × 65 cm net head. The extended handle measures approximately 160 cm, and the total length with the net head is 220 cm. These dimensions let you assess both the head size and the reach needed at your fishing spot.
The telescopic handle slides through and locks in place, allowing a compact transport configuration. Transport dimensions are 106 × 51 × 4 cm, so check the full dimensions as well as the transport length when planning storage.
