The kit contains six distinct pre-rigged lures: 3D LT Sandeel 19 g (Wounded Sandeel, Wounded Copper, Wounded Motoroil), 3D LT Sandeel 15 g (Cyan Sandeel, Black/Red Hotspot, Copper Hotspot LS), LT Zerling 16 g (Copper Silver Flip Side), LT Zerling 12 g (Eel Pout Chameleon), LT Seeker 18 g (Eel Pout Chameleon), and LT Seeker 24 g (Copper Silver Flip Side) — ten pieces total.
This is the first official signature series from three world-class Danish sea trout anglers: Mads Grosell, Max Bartholin, and Søren Rajczyk. Each brings decades of experience, thousands of coastal fishing hours, and countless trophy sea trout captures. They collaborated directly with Savage Gear to select the most effective colour combinations for their home waters and proven techniques.
These line-thru sandeels, seekers, and zerlings are purpose-built for saltwater sea trout fishing in coastal and inshore environments. They excel in clear to moderately turbid water from spring through autumn, with natural patterns effective in daylight and copper/silver finishes performing well in overcast conditions. The weight range (12–24 g) covers distance casting to shallow drifting, making them versatile across tidal states and seasonal conditions.
Line Thru (LT) refers to the construction: the main fishing line runs entirely through the body of the lure from head to tail, threading through an internal channel. This design improves hook-up rates, reduces head-only damage on strikes, distributes force more evenly, and creates a more natural swimming action. It's especially effective for saltwater seatrout and coastal predators that mouth or grab baits aggressively.
Yes, this is a limited-edition collection. Savage Gear released it as an exclusive signature series in collaboration with the three featured anglers. Once stock is sold out, there are no plans for a standard rerun. Each kit celebrates the anglers' expertise and is packaged in a branded roll-up pouch.

This limited-edition collection brings together hand-painted, artisan-quality sandeels, seekers, and zerlings (LT = Line Thru) in weights from 12–24 g, all curated by three legendary Danish sea trout anglers. Mads Grosell, Max Bartholin, and Søren Rajczyk, each with thousands of coastal hours and numerous trophy captures, collaborated with Savage Gear to design the ultimate compact toolkit for shallow and inshore seatrout hunts.
Each variant combines natural sandeel patterns (Wounded Sandeel, Cyan Sandeel), copper and silver finishes (Copper Hotspot, Copper Silver Flip Side), and chameleon-pattern ultraviolet (UV) triggers (Eel Pout Chameleon). The 3D moulding and lifelike detail mimic genuine sand eels, the primary forage for sea trout in Nordic coastal waters.
All lures arrive pre-rigged on high-strength treble hooks, sealed in a roll-up pouch for easy transport and organisation. The variety of weights (12, 15, 16, 18, 19, 24 g) matches different casting distances, depths, and conditions from dawn patrol to dusk sessions.
Wounded patterns and natural tones excel in clear to moderate-clarity water; coppers flash in sunlight; chameleon finishes trigger strikes in overcast or low-light conditions. The mixed-weight design allows fine-tuning: lighter lures for shallow drift; heavier options for distance casting or tidal current.
