Yes. The flip-down phone pocket has a flexible, touchscreen-compatible window, and the backpack has a hydration-bladder suspension system and tube routing. This supports screen access and carrying drinking water, but phone dimensions and bladder capacity are not specified.

The Rapala Urban Vest Pack combines a fishing vest with an integrated backpack for active lure and fly fishing. Front storage and tool pockets keep tackle close to your body, while the compact, expandable backpack provides additional carrying space with a compression strap.
The front accommodates two type 3450 tackle boxes, and the rear compartment takes one type 3600 box. A large front pocket holds a small tackle box. Access clips, quick-draw plier pockets, additional pockets and attachment loops help organise tools separately from tackle. Rod holders on both sides provide a place to secure a rod when you need your hands free.
The flip-down phone pocket has a flexible, touchscreen-compatible window, allowing screen use through the window. For carrying drinking water, the backpack is hydration-bladder compatible, with a suspension system and tube routing. Box and bladder compatibility does not establish that these accessories are included.
The Camo Black version weighs 890 g and comes in one size. Four adjustable straps let you adapt the fit, while breathable 3D mesh lining supports comfortable wear. The material is 100% polyester.
Distribute the load evenly, avoid overloading and close the compartments before carrying. Pack sharp tools securely. Check the fabric, zips and straps for damage before use, and stop using the pack if damaged. Store it in a clean, dry place to help prevent mould and material damage.
