The Rapala RCD Compact Floating Aerator is a floating baitfish pump for aerating water in buckets and other baitfish containers. It starts automatically on contact with water and mixes air into the water to help keep baitfish alive for longer. This compact model is a smaller version of the RCD Floating Aerator and weighs 380 g. The pack contains two aerators.
The aerator delivers up to 1.2 litres of air per minute. Choose continuous operation for uninterrupted aeration with a runtime of 14 hours, or the 15-minute interval setting for a longer runtime of 31 hours. The operating mode therefore determines how long the pump can run between battery changes.
The pump requires six AA batteries, which are not included, so have these ready before use. Check the pump for damage before each use and do not use it if damaged. Inspect batteries for leakage or corrosion and remove them before prolonged storage. Use the product only for its intended fishing purpose and in accordance with local regulations.
