Choose 45–70 cm if that length covers your setup and you want the lighter option at 189.7 g. Choose 70–120 cm if you need greater extension. It weighs 330.8 g and has a longer minimum length, so the extra reach means more weight and a longer pole to transport.
Shorten the telescopic pole for transport and store it in a cool, dry place. The supplier advises checking for visible damage and unstable connections before use and not using damaged equipment, so inspect the support before setting it up securely.

The Ragot Telescopic V Head Rod Rest supports your rod while fishing from the bank. Its V-shaped head provides the rod's resting point, while the telescopic construction lets you adjust the support length to your setup and shorten it for transport.
The 45–70 cm version weighs 189.7 g. Choose it when a shorter support is sufficient and you want less weight to carry. The 70–120 cm version weighs 330.8 g and offers greater extension when you need a longer support. The extra length comes with more weight and a longer minimum length. Choose by the support length you need rather than weight alone.
Shorten the telescopic pole for transport. Before each use, check for visible damage and unstable connections, and set up the support securely. Do not use damaged equipment or modify it. Store it in a cool, dry place and keep it out of reach of unsupervised children and pets.
