Prologic Element SLR 1Man Bivvy: quick setup and usable space

The Prologic Element SLR 1Man Bivvy is a one-person carp tent in Camo. Its SLR (Spring Loaded Reflex) quick-setup frame with umbrella protection speeds up assembly and dismantling, reducing time spent setting up or packing away at the bank.

Space for a bed and tackle

Steep walls make good use of the interior. A bed can be placed towards the rear, leaving room for tackle and living space in front. The bivvy measures 275 × 240 × 150 cm and weighs 11.6 kg, useful figures when planning your pitch and transport load. The front can be removed completely for an open-fronted setup.

Ventilation and rain management

Pro-Vent 360-degree ventilation uses camouflage-mesh windows and doors on all sides to provide airflow even with the front fitted. The front peak directs rainwater away from the front of the bivvy. An included heavy-duty groundsheet has a zip attachment designed to keep the interior dry during heavy rain.

Material and optional accessories

The stated material is 100% polyester. Optional accessories allow the bivvy to be customised, but are separate from the included groundsheet.

Frequently asked

How much space does this one-person bivvy offer?

It measures 275 × 240 × 150 cm. The steep walls allow a bed to sit towards the rear, leaving space for tackle and living space in front. Use the dimensions to plan your pitch and layout.

Can the front be removed, and is the bivvy ventilated with it fitted?

Yes. The front is fully removable for an open-fronted setup. With it fitted, Pro-Vent camouflage-mesh windows and doors on all sides provide 360-degree ventilation, so airflow does not depend on removing the front.

Is the groundsheet included, and how does the bivvy manage rain?

A heavy-duty groundsheet with zip attachment is included and is designed to keep the interior dry in heavy rain. The front peak directs rainwater away from the front. You do not need to buy the groundsheet as an optional accessory.

What should I consider for setup and transport?

The SLR (Spring Loaded Reflex) frame with umbrella protection is designed for quick assembly and dismantling. The bivvy weighs 11.6 kg, so allow for that weight alongside the rest of your tackle when planning transport to the swim.
