Yes. The sealed waterproof liner prevents water from escaping the bag during transport. This specification concerns the inner lining, not a stated waterproof rating for the entire bag.
The external pocket is intended for side trays or bucket hoops. It gives these accessories a separate storage space outside the main keepnet area.
Use the detachable padded shoulder strap or the padded carry handle for shoulder or hand carrying. The 840D polyester material can be wiped down after use to remove surface dirt.

The Preston Supera X Net XL is a keepnet bag for commercial and coarse fishing. Its sealed waterproof liner prevents water from escaping, helping contain water from wet nets during transport.
The bag holds up to five keepnets and measures 60 × 44 × 35 cm. Its low-profile design keeps it compact despite the internal storage space. An external pocket provides separate storage for side trays or bucket hoops.
A detachable padded shoulder strap and padded carry handle let you carry the bag over your shoulder or by hand. Strong, oversized zips provide access to the storage space. The 840D material is made from 100% polyester and can be wiped down after use.
