Yes, they are line stops for feeders and loaded wagglers. You can use them to position either component on the line, but a compatible line-diameter range is not specified.
Pull the stops from the supplied wires onto your line one at a time. Individual transfer avoids damaging the wire, so do not pull several stops off together.
The pack contains 15 line stops in X Small. This identifies the supplied size and quantity, but no line-diameter range is given to confirm a fit with a particular line.

Preston Stopz are line stops for freshwater feeder and waggler fishing, including coarse fishing for carp, tench and roach. Their profile keeps them straight on the line for a streamlined rig, helping reduce tangles and unwanted friction. They hold their position even during repeated casts.
The stops come supplied on wires and pull easily onto your fishing line. Transfer them one at a time to avoid damaging the wire, rather than pulling several stops off together.
This version is X Small and contains 15 line stops. Use them to position feeders or loaded wagglers on the line. No compatible line-diameter range is specified.
Keep the small parts away from young children because they present a swallowing and choking hazard. This product is not intended for children and is not suitable for human consumption.
