It is a pole elastic for freshwater coarse fishing, with F1 carp, carp, tench and roach named as intended species across the range. Its combination of power, stretch and durability is designed for venues with frequent catches, so its intended use is repeated fish playing with a pole.
No, the supplier describes it as a solid elastic despite the Hybrid model name. It is already coated with slip oil to improve performance and durability, so you receive a pre-treated solid elastic rather than an untreated or hollow version.
This version is Size 3 in Yellow and contains 3 m of elastic. The range has 11 sizes, but no diameter or breaking strain is supplied for Size 3. Use the listed size designation to identify this version.

Preston Dura Slip Hybrid Elastic is a solid pole elastic that combines power, flexibility and durability for freshwater coarse fishing. Its stretch helps control fish during the fight, while the slip-oil coating supports smooth operation during sessions with frequent catches.
The range is intended for species including F1 carp and carp, with tench and roach also named by the supplier. It is designed for high-catch-rate venues where traditional solid elastics may struggle with repeated use.
The elastic is supplied pre-coated with slip oil to improve its performance and durability. This treatment and its high stretch make it suited to repeated fish-playing demands, rather than relying on strength alone.
Dura Slip Hybrid Elastic is offered in 11 sizes. The version here is Size 3 in Yellow, supplied as a 3 m length. Diameter and breaking strain are not specified for this version.
