Yes, it is designed for both rods and poles and accommodates six full-length transport tubes. Its stated dimensions are 190 x 17 x 15 cm, so compare these with your tube dimensions when checking fit.
Adjustable internal hook-and-loop straps hold the tubes in place, while the padded lining cushions the contents. An external pocket is suitable for an umbrella, landing net handle or banksticks, keeping those items separate from the tubes.
Only the extra-thick base is explicitly described as waterproof. It protects the underside when the bag is set on damp ground, but the supplier does not state that the polyester body or zips are waterproof, so do not treat it as a fully waterproof bag.

The Preston Competition 6 Tube Holdall is a compact rod bag for coarse fishing, suitable for both rods and poles. It accommodates six full-length transport tubes, held securely by adjustable internal hook-and-loop straps to reduce movement during transport.
The holdall measures 190 x 17 x 15 cm. An external pocket provides separate storage for an umbrella, landing net handle or banksticks, keeping these longer accessories alongside your rods. The padded inner lining cushions the contents during handling.
Made from hard-wearing 100% polyester, the black holdall has an extra-thick waterproof base for contact with damp ground. The waterproof claim applies to the base, not the entire bag. Durable branded zips provide access to the contents. A padded shoulder strap and carry handle offer comfortable carrying options between your vehicle and fishing spot.
