The Preston Absolute 5G Lid Unit is a transport lid for feeder anglers using the Absolute 5G Mag Lok tray system. Its precisely matched fit closes the tray to prevent small tackle from spilling or becoming mixed up while you carry it to the water or transport it in a vehicle.
The lid fits all Preston Absolute 5G Mag Lok trays and forms part of the modular accessory system. It is designed specifically for this tray range, not other tray series. You can use a separate Lid Unit on each compatible tray to keep several trays closed during transport.
Keeping feeders, swivels and other small components in place helps preserve your sorting between the car and your swim. The supplier identifies freshwater feeder fishing at rivers and lakes, including fishing for carp, tench, bream and roach, as the intended setting.
The lid secures tray contents during transport. For rain or high humidity, the supplier recommends placing the whole tray system in a suitable bag for additional protection.
