Yes. This long baiting and stringer needle is intended for threading carp hookbaits and PVA sticks, so it covers both tasks during rig preparation. The supplier describes suitability for many carp baits and PVA rigs, not universal compatibility with every bait or rig.
A lip at the needle tip secures the hair while the bait is threaded. This keeps the hair held at the tip during that step of bait preparation.
The yellow handle is fluorescent to help you find the needle in the dark. Its broad shape also makes handling easier when threading hookbaits or PVA sticks.

The Pole Position Glow in the Dark Long Needle is a long baiting and stringer needle for preparing carp rigs. A lip at the tip secures the hair while you thread the bait.
Suitable for many carp hookbaits and PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) rigs, the needle covers both baiting the hair and threading PVA sticks.
The broad handle makes the needle easy to hold and use. Its yellow, fluorescent grip helps you find it in the dark, useful when preparing bait during a night session.
