These two-piece slow-pitch jigging rods are designed for use with low-profile or conventional reels. Their sensitive, responsive carbon blanks help you control the jig even in deep water.
The Japanese blank design combines 24T + 30T Carbon with Carbon X-Wrap technology and a fast action. The lightweight construction supports repeated jig work with less effort. A high-density EVA handle and trigger-type reel seat provide the grip and reel mounting, while the butt can be held between arm and body for support.
Nine guides including the tip guide use saltwater-resistant Fuji K-type frames with Fazlite rings to guide the line. All versions have a Black/Pearl White finish.
All three versions measure 2.04 m. Choose the maximum lure rating to match your jigs: the 200 g version weighs 157 g, the 260 g version weighs 156 g, and the 330 g version weighs 159 g. The 260 g and 330 g options accommodate heavier jigs without changing rod length or transport size. These are maximum ratings, not stated working ranges. The 200 g version is also described for targeting cod, coalfish and halibut.
