The Okuma FLITE SURF is a fixed-spool sea fishing reel designed for long-distance surfcasting. Its lightweight long-stroke spool has a 35 mm stroke and Super Slow Oscillation to support line lay and easy line release during the cast. It is also suitable for freshwater use.
The one-piece bail and DLC-coated Even Flow Roller System reduce line wear, while the slow oscillation helps reduce friction and line twist. The rotor's Tangle Guard prevents line from entering the shaft area, helping avoid tangles during handling. A rotor brake system is also fitted.
