The UV Series Belly Cat is a specialized one-piece catfish rod engineered for belly boat anglers who need maximum maneuverability in tight spaces. At just 1.7 m with a compact 131 cm transport length, this 24T carbon blank delivers precision casting and control when space is at a premium.
The extra-short design and abbreviated handle make this rod easy to manage from a seated position in a belly boat or float tube. A safety O-ring at the butt allows you to attach a lanyard (not included), preventing costly losses if the rod slips from your hands during the fight. The 50–150 g casting weight range covers everything from lighter rigs to substantial lures and livebait setups for wels catfish.
The fluorescent green blank is UV-active, meaning it glows under ultraviolet light from a headlamp or torch.
