Thread them onto the catfish leader through the central line channel and position them immediately ahead of the bait. The double rattle adds an extra attraction at the bait, rather than replacing the rig itself.
No. The offset design makes them rotate automatically even in very slight current, so strong flow is not required for the propeller action. Automatic rotation in completely still water is not stated.
The pack contains five black double rattles, each with a central line channel for fitting to catfish leaders. You receive loose rig components to add ahead of your bait, not five complete rigs.

Madcat Propeller Rattlers are double rattles for freshwater catfish rigs. Their offset design makes them rotate even in a very slight current, adding an attraction close to the bait that is intended to draw catfish from a distance.
A central line channel lets you thread each rattle onto a catfish leader and position it immediately ahead of the bait. They are individual rig components for adding a rattle effect to your presentation.
The offset construction uses the water flow to turn the rattle automatically. This makes the propeller action useful even when the current is weak.
The pack contains five black rattles. The supplier lists a tackle weight of 20 g.
