At just 4.8 cm and 2.6 g, the Pointer 48 hangs in the strike zone when you pause the retrieve. That motionless hover — combined with a tight, twitching action during jerks — gives hesitant trout and perch the time they need to inspect and then attack the lure. It is especially effective during slow feeding periods when fish are locked on small prey.
