Yes. The supplier explicitly includes the IQ-D-Rig among the compatible carp rigs. The rings are components for rig building and bait attachment, not complete ready-tied rigs.
The coating is smooth and non-reflective. It improves the ring's sliding properties and reduces reflections, making it useful in carp presentations where the ring needs to move.
This item contains 30 rings in size Extra small. The supplier mentions other sizes and an oval version separately, so those should not be assumed to be included in this pack.

The Korda Rig Ring is a rig ring for building carp rigs and attaching bait. Its smooth PTFE coating helps the ring slide freely, making it useful where the ring needs to move within the presentation.
The rings suit a wide range of carp rigs, including the IQ-D-Rig. The PTFE coating is non-reflective, reducing reflections from the ring while also improving its sliding properties.
This item is supplied in size Extra small with 30 rings per pack. The supplier also mentions other sizes and an oval version in the range, but those are not the specification of this item. The rings are easy to store.
