They are designed for carp helicopter rigs and chod rigs. They control lead retention on these setups, rather than replacing a complete rig.
Remove the plastic clamp to allow lead release if the lead snags. Leave it in place to keep the lead fixed to the rig. You can change this setting to suit conditions without rebuilding the entire rig.
Yes, the internal swivel holds heavy carp leads securely during powerful distance casts. They are suitable for this use, but the supplier does not specify a maximum lead weight.
The pack contains two green lead clips. This is a pack of rig components, not two complete carp rigs.

Korda Heli Safe lead clips are designed for carp fishing with helicopter rigs and chod rigs. A removable plastic clamp lets you choose whether the lead stays attached or releases, so you can adjust to conditions at the water without rebuilding the entire rig.
Remove the clamp to let the clip release the lead if it becomes snagged. Leave the clamp in place to keep the lead attached to the rig.
An internal swivel in the plastic body holds even heavy carp leads securely during powerful casts. This makes the clips suitable for distance carp fishing with heavy leads.
The Green version contains two lead clips.
