Yes. The sleeve is designed for large big pit reels and 50 mm butt rings, with room for one rod and reel. This is the 12 ft version and measures 200 × 26 × 5 cm, giving you the sleeve dimensions to compare with your tackle's transport size.
Yes. The reinforced carry handle allows standalone transport. It can also be used with a Compac rod holdall to carry an additional rod externally, including a marker, spod or floater rod.
The supplier specifies water-repellent fabric and a reinforced waterproof base, not a fully waterproof sleeve. The base protects the underside on wet ground, but the fabric claim should not be treated as a guarantee against water entering the whole sleeve.

The Korda Compac Padded Sleeve stores and protects a single carp rod and reel during transport. Full padding cushions the tackle, while the hard-wearing, water-repellent fabric helps protect it from moisture. This is the 12 ft version, with sleeve dimensions of 200 × 26 × 5 cm.
The sleeve accommodates large big pit reels and 50 mm butt rings, so these larger components can be housed along with the rod. It is also suitable for protecting marker, spod and floater rods.
Use the sleeve on its own with the reinforced carry handle, or in conjunction with a Compac rod holdall to carry an additional rod externally. Heavy-duty zips provide access to the tackle, and a discreet lead pocket gives you a separate place for a lead.
The reinforced, waterproof base protects the bottom where the sleeve contacts wet ground. The fabric is water-repellent, which is distinct from a claim that the entire sleeve is waterproof. The main outer fabric and lining are 100% polyester, the base and handles are 100% polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the padding is 100% polyurethane.
