Yes. Both the tray and its dividers can be removed, allowing you to adapt the interior to larger items. The large mesh pocket in the lid contains four further pockets, so additional small tackle can stay separate.
The supplier specifies water-repellent material made from 100% EVA. This supports protection against moisture, but does not establish that the complete bag is waterproof, so do not treat it as sealed dry storage.

The Korda Compac Organiser is an accessory bag for keeping rig components and other essentials organised when carp fishing. Its removable tray and dividers let you adapt the interior to small tackle or larger items, while the lightweight, hard-wearing construction helps keep your tackle mobile on the bank.
The insert is designed for Kamakura hook boxes, square Korda hooklink spools and Accessory Boxes. Larger items can be stored beneath it. Remove the tray to access the space below, or take out the dividers when you need room for larger tackle items.
A large mesh pocket in the lid contains four further pockets. These provide separate places for additional small items alongside the main storage area.
The bag is made from 100% ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA). The supplier describes the material as water-repellent, durable and lightweight, combining protection against moisture with convenient transport of your rig essentials.
