Yes, the stiff lid can be used as a bivvy table, so a short session need not require a separate bulky table. No load rating is supplied for the lid.
The fabric is water-repellent and the reinforced base is waterproof. These features help protect tackle from moisture and dirt, but the supplier does not describe the whole carryall as fully waterproof.
Use the detachable padded shoulder strap for shoulder carrying or the reinforced handles for hand carrying. The interior has a wipe-clean lining, allowing you to remove dirt from inside after a session.

The Korda Compac X-Large Carryall Dark Kamo is a tackle bag for carp sessions, including short trips with a light load. Its spacious main compartment and smaller internal and external pockets keep equipment organised, while hard-wearing, water-repellent fabric and a reinforced waterproof base help protect the contents from dirt and damage.
The carryall measures 62 × 47 × 33 cm. Its main compartment measures 45 × 33 × 33 cm and has a stated capacity of 50 litres. Five external pockets and a zipped storage pocket beneath the lid provide separate places for smaller items. The supplier lists compatible Compac storage combinations as a Compac 140, two Compac 100 units, or a Compac 110 together with a Compac 100.
The stiff lid can serve as a bivvy table, reducing the need to carry a separate bulky table for a short session.
A detachable padded shoulder strap and reinforced carry handles offer shoulder or hand carrying. The fabric is 100% polyester, with sturdy, durable zips for repeated opening and closing. The wipe-clean lining makes dirt inside the bag easier to remove. Water repellency applies to the fabric, while the reinforced base is waterproof.
