Yes, the bag is designed to carry alarms and bobbins while they remain attached to the buzz bars. The fully padded lining and divider between the front and rear bars help protect the alarms, reducing the dismantling needed when packing away.
The large zipped pocket inside the lid is intended for spare bobbins, indicator chains, hockey sticks and similar accessories. It keeps these small items separate from the bars and together for the next setup.
The outer fabric is described as water-repellent, which helps shed water from its surface. This is not a stated whole-bag waterproof rating, so do not choose it on the assumption that the complete bag is waterproof.

The Korda Compac Buzz Bar Bag is a padded bag for transporting buzz bars, bite alarms and bobbins when carp fishing. Alarms and bobbins can remain attached to the bars, so there is less to dismantle when packing away and less to assemble at the bank.
The Large version measures 40 × 17 × 8 cm and accommodates buzz bars up to 33 cm (13 inches) wide. Check your bars against this width before choosing the bag. A fully padded lining cushions the contents, while an internal divider separates the front and rear bars to help prevent accidental damage to the alarms during transport.
A large zipped pocket inside the lid keeps spare bobbins, indicator chains, hockey sticks and similar accessories separate from the bars and within reach for setting up.
The durable, water-repellent olive-green fabric matches the rest of the luggage range. Heavy-duty zips and zip pulls provide access to the contents, and a reinforced carry handle supports carrying the packed bag. The main outer fabric and lining are 100% polyester, the handles are 100% polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the padding is 100% polyurethane.
