Five rods fit inside with their reels attached, separated by padded dividers in a three-above, two-below layout. Two additional rods attach externally using pockets and straps, with or without sleeves, so the extra rods do not occupy the five padded internal positions.
This version is designed for 13 ft rods and accommodates large big pit reels and 50 mm guides. Its dimensions are 212 × 30 × 16 cm, giving you the bag size to check against your transport space as well as the stated tackle compatibility.
Three pockets along the spine provide storage for a landing net, storm poles and banksticks and add stiffness to the holdall. A separate discreet lead pocket keeps fishing weights apart, allowing these accessories to travel alongside the rods without using the internal rod positions.
The outer fabric is water-repellent and the reinforced base is waterproof, so the stated waterproof protection applies to the bottom rather than the entire holdall. The lining is wipe-clean, making it easy to remove dirt from the interior after transport.

The Korda Compac 5 Rod Holdall is a rod bag for transporting five 13 ft rods with their reels fitted. Padded internal dividers separate every rod and reel, helping protect the tackle during transport to and from the bank. The five internal positions use a space-saving layout with three rods above and two below.
This 13ft version measures 212 × 30 × 16 cm and accommodates large big pit reels and 50 mm rod guides. Two more rods can be secured externally with pockets and straps, with or without rod sleeves. These external positions are separate from the five padded internal positions.
Three pockets along the spine hold a landing net, storm poles and banksticks while adding stiffness to the holdall. A discreet lead pocket keeps fishing weights separate. The removable padded shoulder strap and reinforced carry handles provide a choice of carrying methods. Heavy-duty zips are designed for repeated use.
The hard-wearing outer fabric is water-repellent, and the reinforced base is waterproof. These are distinct levels of protection for the fabric and the bottom. The main outer fabric and lining are 100% polyester, the base and handles are 100% polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the padding is 100% polyurethane. Compac luggage uses high-performance fabrics of types also used in military applications, selected for low weight and durability. The wipe-clean lining makes cleaning the interior straightforward.
