The bag and shoulder strap are described as water-repellent, which helps protect equipment from moisture during rain. Full waterproofing is not specified, so do not treat it as a sealed waterproof container.
The hardtop lid lets you temporarily set down snaps, leader material and lures while preparing a rig. Front attachment rings hold tools such as lure pliers, so you can keep these items accessible while working.

The Hearty Rise Box with rodholder is a fishing bag for transporting tackle on predator-fishing trips. Its spacious interior holds tackle boxes and accessories such as a measuring tape and headlamp, while the integrated rod holder provides a place for a rod. The bag measures 45x30x32cm.
The hardtop lid provides a surface for temporarily setting down snaps, leader material and lures when making a new rig. Attachment rings at the front let you hang tools such as lure pliers, keeping them accessible without searching inside the bag.
The water-repellent material helps protect your equipment from moisture in rainy conditions. The stated material composition is 90% ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) and 10% polypropylene. Water repellency is specified, not full waterproofing. The water-repellent shoulder strap is adjustable so you can set it to suit how you carry the bag.
