Yes. The supplier specifies both uses for this 2.38 m rod, designed for active saltwater lure fishing for tuna and other exotic marine fish. Choose it for casting lures rather than assuming it is a dedicated trolling rod.
The casting weight is 80–180 g, with heavy artificial lures such as poppers explicitly supported. The stated line class is PE 8.0–12.0, so use those ratings as the reference when matching lures and line.
Its 1+1 section layout packs down to 176 cm, compared with a fishing length of 238 cm. Check that your storage space or rod case accommodates that transport length.

The Hearty Rise Monster Game Tuna Hunter S is a sea fishing rod for active lure fishing for tuna and other exotic marine fish from boat or shore. Its NET-V III carbon blank combines sensitivity for detecting subtle takes with the power to cushion the head shakes and runs of large tuna.
At 2.38 m long with an 80–180 g casting weight, this model handles heavy artificial lures such as poppers. The stated line class is PE 8.0–12.0, giving you a reference for matching your line to the rod.
Fuji Alconite guides work with the carbon blank to support long casts and clear feedback, useful when reaching target fish and detecting hesitant takes. A Fuji reel seat holds the reel, while the ergonomically shaped grip supports a firm hold during demanding fights and prolonged lure fishing. Rod weight is 402 g.
The rod has a 1+1 section layout and a transport length of 176 cm. Allow for this packed length when choosing storage or transport space. The sea-green finish has a special colour effect and silver detailing.
