No. The supplier describes a sensitive tip combined with a strong backbone for landing heavier fish. This combines bite indication with support during the fight, but no maximum fish weight is specified.

The FTM Tubertini Excalibur Silver 2 is a telescopic trout rod for fishing trout lakes with glass-chain and single-lead rigs. Its sensitive tip makes cautious bites visible, while a strong backbone provides support when playing and landing heavier fish.
The rod measures 4 m and has a casting weight of 3–7 g, defining the range for your rig choice. Its lightweight blank and total weight of 176 g keep the rod light in the hand.
The seven-section construction collapses to a transport length of 124 cm. This reduces its packed length considerably compared with its 4 m fishing length, making it easier to carry to the lake.
