Built specifically for trout fishing, the FTM Trout Evolution spinning rod at 3.9m (390cm) covers a wide range of techniques with a 10–40g casting weight — from light inline spinners to heavier spoons and soft baits.
The 10–40g casting weight makes this rod genuinely versatile at the trout lake. Light presentations with small spinners or micro spoons are just as comfortable as working heavier rubber fish or larger spoons when trout are holding deep or feeding at distance.
At 3.9m, this rod gives you reach for covering water and presenting lures at range without overpowering smaller venues. The 3-piece construction brings the transport length down to 138cm, making it straightforward to carry and store without the need for a rod tube.
This is currently the only available configuration of the FTM Trout Evolution in this lineup. It is well suited to trout lake and stocked fishery spinning across a broad lure range.
