The FTM R18 Ultra SP is a spinning rod for predator lure fishing. Its fast, sensitive carbon blank supports responsive lure work with mini jigs, small twitchbaits and spoons.
This 240 cm version has a casting weight of 5–21 g, giving you the range to check when choosing your lure setup. It weighs 132 g. The Ultra SP extends the R18 Spinning series with slightly lower rod weights and a modern appearance. Fuji supplies both the line guides and the reel seat, which holds the reel in place for active lure fishing.
The two-section construction reduces the 240 cm fishing length to a transport length of 124 cm. Use that packed length when choosing storage or a rod bag.
