The FTM R18 Ultra SP is a carbon spinning rod for predator fishing with mini jigs, small twitchbaits and spoons. Its fast, sensitive blank supports responsive lure control and feedback while working these small lures.
This extension of the R18 Spinning series combines a slightly lower weight with modern styling. Fuji guides carry the line along the blank, while a Fuji reel seat holds the reel. The 210 cm version has a casting weight of 5–21 g, so choose lures within that range.
The rod weighs 118 g and consists of two sections. Its 108 cm transport length makes it easier to carry and store than its assembled 210 cm length.
