The FTM R18 Ultra SP is a spinning rod for predator fishing with mini jigs, small twitchbaits and spoons. Its fast, highly sensitive carbon blank provides feedback during lure work, helping you feel small lures as you retrieve them.
This 210 cm version has a casting weight of 3–15 g, so choose lures within that range. Developed as an extension of the R18 Spinning series, the Ultra SP combines a modern appearance with slightly lower rod weights. Fuji guides carry the line and a Fuji reel seat holds the reel in place.
The rod weighs 112 g for light handling during repeated casting and retrieving. Its two-section construction reduces the transport length to 108 cm, making it easier to carry and store than at its full fishing length.
