The FTM Light Strike is a feeder rod for freshwater trout fishing on medium to large waters. Its 3.9 m length supports distance casting, while three interchangeable tips let you adapt bite detection to current, bait and changing conditions.
The rod has a casting weight of 40–120 g and weighs 356 g. Its balanced, two-piece blank distributes force evenly during casting and playing fish, supporting controlled presentations and direct bite feedback. It accommodates both delicate and heavier presentations within its casting range.
Included tips rated 1 Oz, 2 Oz and 3 Oz allow you to adjust sensitivity, particularly when bites are tentative or the current changes. These tip ratings are separate from the rod’s 40–120 g casting weight.
The supplied configuration is two main sections plus three interchangeable tips (2+3). Transport length is 179 cm. A neoprene sleeve is included to protect the rod during transport and storage.
