The FTM Hanami is a purpose-built ultralight (UL) spinning rod designed for finesse trout fishing with small lures — responsive, lightweight, and built for accuracy.
The fine-tuned blank transmits every tap and hesitation from lures as light as 0.3g, giving you the feedback you need to detect subtle takes and work micro-spoons or small wobblers with full control. The 0.3–3.5g casting weight keeps the Hanami squarely in ultralight territory.
Silicon carbide (SIC) guides reduce friction and heat build-up, extending line life and improving casting performance with light braided or mono lines. The ergonomic handle provides a secure, comfortable grip during long sessions at the water.
