The FTM Area Future is an ultra-light spinning rod for trout fishing at ponds and trout lakes. Its 0–4.5 g casting weight suits small spoons as well as other light hardbaits and softbaits, so lure choice is not limited to spoons.
The rod measures 183 cm and weighs 83 g, keeping the rod itself light for active lure fishing. Choose lures within its stated casting range.
The two-section design reduces the 183 cm fishing length to a transport length of 94 cm, making it easier to carry to the water.
