No. All four shads come mounted on 5 g jig heads with size 1/0 hooks, so separate heads are not needed for the supplied setup. The 5 g specification describes each head, not the complete lure weight.
The pack contains four 7 cm lures in UV Nightmare, UV Chartreuse Ayu, UV Glow Perch and UV Wakasagi. All have the same 5 g heads and size 1/0 hooks, allowing you to switch colour without changing the supplied specifications.
It is intended for spinning for predators, including perch, zander and pike. The four 7 cm shads are already mounted on jig heads, making this a choice for fishing with rigged soft lures rather than buying loose bodies to rig yourself.
Wash your hands thoroughly and avoid ingestion or contact with food. The supplier warns that the product may contain lead or cadmium and that prolonged exposure can be harmful, so these precautions apply whenever you handle the lures.

The Fox Rage Mini Fry mixed UV pack contains four 7 cm soft shads for spinning for perch, zander and pike. Each lure comes mounted on a 5 g jig head with a size 1/0 hook, so you do not need to fit a separate jig head before fishing.
The supplied heads provide the weight and hook for each shad. The stated 5 g refers to the jig head, not the complete lure weight. All four lures share the same length, head weight and hook size, so colour is the difference within this pack.
The pack includes UV Nightmare, UV Chartreuse Ayu, UV Glow Perch and UV Wakasagi. These four patterns let you change colour while retaining the same lure size and supplied rigging.
The supplier warns that the lures may contain chemicals such as lead or cadmium and that prolonged exposure can be harmful. Wash your hands thoroughly after handling and avoid ingestion or contact with food.
