They are intended for feeder fishing with feeding baskets and pole fishing with float rigs, targeting bream, tench, roach and other coarse fish. You can use the same hook pattern for both methods and tie a hooklength to suit your chosen rig.
They are loose, barbed spade-end hooks, not ready-tied hooklengths. Tie them to your own hooklength line to choose the setup yourself. If you need a barbless pattern, these hooks do not meet that requirement.
Size #18 is larger than #20. Both have a round bend and nickel-plated medium-gauge wire, and each pack contains 10 hooks of the selected size. Choose by the hook size your presentation calls for, rather than by a different construction or fishing method.

Matrix All Round hooks are designed for feeder and pole fishing for bream, tench, roach and other coarse fish. Their spade-end attachment lets you tie your own hooklengths and adapt the line and rig to your venue and the fish's feeding behaviour. They suit feeder rigs with feeding baskets as well as pole rigs with floats.
The hooks have a round bend, medium-gauge wire and a nickel-plated finish. The barb helps keep the hook in place once a fish is hooked. These are barbed hooks, not a barbless pattern.
Size #18 is the larger hook, while #20 is the smaller option. Choose the size to suit your intended presentation. Both sizes have the same construction and supported fishing uses, so the choice is about hook size rather than a different technique. Each pack contains 10 loose hooks in the selected size, ready for you to tie to your own hooklength line.
