The Fox Match Specialist hooks are built for precise presentations when targeting coarse fish with pole and feeder tactics. Their inward-curved point helps the hook take hold quickly, while the spade-end design gives flexibility when tying your own hooklengths.
These hooks suit classic match fishing and feeder fishing for coarse species. The shape is aimed at secure hook-ups without adding unnecessary bulk, which helps when fishing smaller baits and finer rigs.
Fox uses a sharp, inward-curved point to improve the hooking effect on the bite. The hook is also described as stable, giving confidence when playing hard-fighting fish on light tackle.
Because this is a spade-end hook, it can be tied directly to the hooklength without an eye. That makes it a practical option for anglers who want control over leader length and line diameter.
Alongside coarse fishing, this pattern can also be used for trout fishing in stocked lakes and ponds when a small, neat single hook is preferred. Each pack contains 10 hooks.
